    Has JPA been contacted by Google to consult on their Project Loon, long-term, high altitude balloon-based internet communications experienment using NASA-designed high-pressure, long duration balloons?

    Autonomous flight-path control and station keeping would seem to be two of their major concerns. Sounds like a job for some “Tandem-esque” engineering!

    And Google has such nice, deep pockets!
