   That sure is a light fill on the ME II balloons.

   We were trying both to overtake Tandem and reach a pretty high altitude. Neither worked out. We reached launch late and ME 2 came down prematurely. The shear layers (up to around 60k feet) that shook the Tandem vehicle caused one of the balloons to burst early.
