I’m trying out WordPress for this blog. I’m hoping it will making managing the blog easer. I don’t know WordPress very well so please bear with me. I’m going to run WordPress in parallel with the existing What’s New page for a while to see how it goes.
The new blog allows posting. It’s fine if folks disagree with us but I’ll delete anything uncivil, rude or insulting.

Like many other space enthusiasts, I’ve been following JP Aerospace’s progress over the years in your original blog, and am glad to be able to congratulate you for the successes you’ve had here on your new blog. Your plans for future missions look ambitious, but your methodical approach- with each mission allowing you to test and learn something new before incorporating it into the next mission- is the right approach IMHO. In the long run, your “big missions” will have a better chance of success the more experience you have with all the myriad, sometimes maddening technical details (as you know all too well.) I’ve especially enjoyed your “nuts and bolts” descriptions of each build, and the pictures of each vehicle taking shape. After you’ve flown a mission, I look forward to your videos, and those spectacular, awe-inspiring images from the very edge of space. Great stuff, watching you prove your Airship-to-Orbit concept step by meticulous step.

Looks great! After some adjustment, you will find this sort of dynamic blog tool much easier to use. The automatic archiving of postings is also very useful for readers. Furthermore, people can now check for your updates via RSS. For example, I’ve added you to my list at BlogLines (www.bloglines.com).

What a great way to enter the jetstream of ideas, an interactive blog. Concerning the upcoming launch/deferred launch, it’s the right thing to do, defer until all systems are ready and tested and there is time for thought, maybe just a day, before the actual launch trip.
At first I was a bit incredulous about floating to space. But the more I read about you and witnessed the incremental and professional methodology of JP Aerospace, the more I have become convinced that an airship will safely fly to space. I wish you luck as you continue to make history!
Also, I love this new WordPress Blog. It looks very professional. And I finally can voice my excitement over your airship to orbit program.
