Four new High Racks are getting balanced today. They get mass balanced, horizontally and vertically (the center of gravity needs to be between two main decks) and RF balanced so the signals don’t walk on each others of reset computers.

Today we’re building up vehicles. Four High Racks Away 53 to 56 are in the works. It’s been a busy year and looks like it’s just getting busier.

We had storms, high winds and 400 miles recoveries, but we managed three successful flights and got them all back.  The team is slowly dispersing in planes, cars and trucks. We should see home sometime tonight.

We’re doing three flights this weekend. Away 50, 51 and 52. Away 52 will be our 114th mission and the sixth one for this year.

Launch is tomorrow at dawn.

This is what keeps me going.

Away 50 and Away51 are in final prep for runs to 100,000 feet within ten day.

These are specialty flights that came up at the last minute. They are both technically complex and fast tracked. With enough pepto it will all work out.

There was one set of PongSats that arrived too late for the last mission (today in fact) so they will get their flight after all.
