		<description>I had to notice that the circle held up in the middle picture is kind of rough to thread balloon material through it.  Won&#039;t the balloon fabric abraid and rip, or is the hole to be fitted with a protective piece, possibly a smooth funnel-like plastic? Kplah!</description>
